Bowson Labs keeps data collection to the minimum needed to run a website and a private demo service. This page explains what that means.

This website

  • We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on bowsonlabs.com.
  • Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes requests to deliver and secure the site. This can include standard server logs such as IP address and browser type.

Contacting us

If you email support@bowsonlabs.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell or share it for marketing.

The Demo Portal

  • Access is by username and password that we issue. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
  • After you sign in, we set one session cookie so you stay signed in. It is needed for the portal to work and expires after seven days or when you sign out.
  • The sign-in form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated attacks. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser to do this.
  • Demos are illustrative and may be confidential. Please do not share your credentials.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email support@bowsonlabs.com.
